Join the Fourth Universalist Society for a six week online course that explores colonialism and how it impacts our world! This course is designed both for those newer to issues of colonialism and for those who have already studied colonialism more deeply.

All are welcome, whether you are a member, friend, or recent guest of Fourth Universalist.

When: 7pm ET, Five Tuesdays from August 3rd to August 31st

Expectations: Attend at least four sessions, complete all readings and assignments, come open to learning and confronting your own internalized racism.
You will need to purchase (reimbursement available*) the “Me & White Supremacy” book, e-book or audio book and have a physical or digital form of a journal for this workshop.

Registration deadline is 5pm ET on July 20th, 2021.

Course requires at least 6 registrations to be offered.

Course Schedule:
Week 1: Examining our own white privilege
Week 2: What allyship really means
Week 3: Anti-blackness, racial stereotypes, and cultural appropriation
Week 4: Changing the way that we view and respond to race
Week 5: How to continue the work to create social change
